Karen began her commercial real estate career in 1982 in property management and leasing in Lubbock for a real estate investment trust with multiple large shopping centers. In 2007, Karen shifted her focus to investment sales and quickly demonstrated her ability to track down properties to meet her clients objectives. She earned the coveted CCIM designation. Karen represents many investors and owners in obtaining and maintaining income on their properties. Karen has many clients who trust her as their commercial real estate adviser. She has relationships that span decades. Karen has been with WestMark Commercial since 2010 and was awarded their Realtor of the Year Award her first year at WestMark.

Alison began her commercial real estate career in 2011. She was born and raised in Lubbock and graduated from Texas Tech University in 2008. Alison acquired the prestigious CCIM designation in a record one years time with the required transaction portfolio. Alison’s retail marketing background provides invaluable perspective to commercial real estate. She has an ability to move the client through the transaction stages with confidence. Commercial real estate brings a challenge each and every day and Alison has the desire to conquer the challenges. Knowledge about the local real estate market provides insight she can give to her clients. Kelsey began her real estate career in 2019 and has over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing. She is a Lubbock native, and as an active member of the community, she is knowledgeable about the local real estate market and is able to provide her clients with invaluable insight.
