The Lubbock For Sale team was very busy this quarter and sold and leased a total of 1,592,103 sf of space. This includes 30.2 acres of land sold and leased. They leased 31,344 sf of office space and sold 14,414 sf. 148,212 sf of industrial space was sold and 72,788 sf was leased. They also did 2 retail leases that included 9,615 sf.
